By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the ek8plus platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other access method provided — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ek8plus as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

Use of the ek8plus platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must meet all of these conditions before you are permitted to register or use our services:

• Be at least 21 years old at the time of registration.
• Be an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• Not be listed on any currently active self-exclusion programme.
• Register and use the platform using your real identity and accurate personal information.
• Not be engaged in any activity that is unlawful in the jurisdiction where you reside.

ek8plus reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Users who fail to comply with a verification request within the specified period may have their account temporarily suspended.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at ek8plus. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — even using different devices, IP addresses, or contact details — is a direct breach of these terms.

During registration, you are responsible for providing truthful, accurate, and current information, including your full name, identity card number (MyKad), email address, and active mobile number. ek8plus reserves the right to carry out an identity verification process (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals.

• Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any party.
• Any activity that occurs through your account is considered to be your own action.
• If your account is accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support immediately.
• Account information can be updated through the profile settings page or with the assistance of 24/7 customer support.

ek8plus provides several payment methods suited to users in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The deposit and withdrawal conditions currently in effect are as follows:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 5 to 30 minutes after the request is confirmed.
• All transactions must be made using a payment method registered in the name of the account holder — third-party transactions are not accepted.
• ek8plus reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal.

Any attempt to process a payment using an unlisted method, or using a third-party account, will result in the transaction being cancelled and the account being investigated.

ek8plus offers a welcome bonus for new members in the form of a 200% bonus on the first deposit up to RM888. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus or any winnings derived from it are eligible for withdrawal.

The wagering requirement for the ek8plus welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received. Example calculations:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Total wagering required: RM200 × 20 = RM4,000
• Deposit RM1,000 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM1,888 → Total wagering required: RM888 × 20 = RM17,760

All other promotions announced by ek8plus from time to time (including cashback, seasonal promotions, and VIP offers) have their own conditions that will be communicated alongside the relevant offer. The ek8plus VIP Programme offers weekly cashback across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond, with cashback rates of up to 1.2% for Diamond members.

All games available on the ek8plus platform — covering slots, live casino, sportsbook, and poker — operate on fair and transparent mechanics based on a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited, or are streamed live with real dealers.

The following behaviour is strictly prohibited on the ek8plus platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, or any technical tool that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors or system inconsistencies that have not been reported to ek8plus.
• Placing opposing bets (staking in both directions on the same game) for the purpose of meeting bonus wagering requirements without genuine risk.

ek8plus reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, or close an account if any breach of these rules is confirmed through an internal investigation.

ek8plus takes user data security seriously. All personal information collected during registration and use of the platform is managed in accordance with the separate ek8plus Privacy Policy.

• Password storage using secure cryptographic hashing methods.
• Continuous monitoring for suspicious account activity.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting ek8plus customer support. Before the closure is carried out, all outstanding wagering requirements must be completed, or any claimable funds will be returned in accordance with the relevant policy.

ek8plus reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account unilaterally in the following circumstances:

• The user fails to pass the identity verification (KYC) process.
• Activity indicating money laundering or financial fraud.
• Repeated violations of these terms and conditions.
• A self-closure request related to responsible gambling — a self-exclusion requested by the user will be enforced immediately.

Accounts closed due to terms violations are not eligible to apply for reinstatement. Users who close their account for responsible gambling reasons may contact customer support for further guidance.

The ek8plus platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure the service is available continuously and free from errors, ek8plus does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, server downtime, or software errors.

ek8plus is not responsible for:

• Financial losses arising from a user's betting decisions.
• Damage or losses caused by unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by third parties such as internet providers, banks, or e-wallets.
• Any legal action arising in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited — the responsibility to comply with local laws rests entirely with the user.

ek8plus reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. However, any significant changes will be communicated to users via registered email or a notice displayed on the website.

Continued use of the platform after changes to the terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. Users who do not agree with the new amendments are encouraged to close their account and stop using the platform.

This document is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ek8plus holds its operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to an arbitration body recognised by the relevant international licensing authority.
